Deposit to hold your unit is 1st come basis. Final payments are due beginning October 12, 2017 and continue until November 13, 2017. After this date you will forfeit your deposit or be penalized with a $100 late payment fee.

We require that participants purchase lodging through the event as it allows us to secure resort resources, however, if a participant purchases lodging outside of the event, they will have the opportunity to participate in the event IF CAPACITY IS AVAILABLE through the purchase of a $250 unaffiliated participant wristband. Space is limited, so 1st priority goes to those that book with the event.

Our charter coach transportation is established in Detroit, MI (DTW), and Toronto, Canada (YYZ). Those in proximity to Michigan or New York can consider driving to the resort. Please refer to the MLK Ski App for details.

Flying into Detroit, you should fly in on Thursday night. The charter coach loads Friday Jan. 12th at 8am. We have airport hotels discounted at DTW. The charters will have you back in Detroit on Monday Jan. 15 by 5 pm, so your return flight should not be scheduled earlier than 6:30pm. For Toronto YYZ, the charters load at noon Friday, Jan. 12th and will return Monday, Jan. 15th by noon. So your return flight should be scheduled after 2pm.

We provide you with a detailed "What to bring / What to wear" list on our app and website. Yes it will be cold weather and you will be in snow. This is a true winter experience. Winter jackets are needed. Please review the link to our What to Wear List: What To Bring/Wear Lists

Transportation will not be required if your lodging is in any suite, condo or villa. Only the chalets require personal transportation as they are located off-resort.
