Deposit to hold your unit is 1st come basis. Final payments are due during the period October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. After this date you will forfeit your deposit or be penalized with a late payment fee.

We require that participants purchase lodging through the event as it allows us to secure resort resources, however, if a participant purchases lodging outside of the event, they will have the opportunity to participate in the event IF CAPACITY IS AVAILABLE through the purchase of a $600 unaffiliated participant wristband. Space is limited, so 1st priority goes to those that book with the event.

Our charter coach transportation is established at the airports in Toronto, ON (YYZ), and Detroit, MI (DTW). Those in proximity to Canada can consider driving to the resort. Please refer to the MLK Ski App for details.

Flying into Toronto, you should arrive on Thursday morning January 14th or the night prior. The charter coach in Toronto loads Thursday Jan. 14th at 1pm. Flying into Detroit DTW, you should arrive Thursday morning January 14th or the night prior. The Detroit charter coach loads at 10am Jan. 14. We have discounted room blocks in Toronto at the Sheraton Toronto Airport (801 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON M9W 1J5) and at the Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport (8000 Merriman Rd, Romulus, MI). The charters will have you back at the Toronto Airport Monday Jan. 18 by 12pm so your return flight should not be scheduled earlier than 2pm. For the charters to DTW, expect arrival Monday Jan. 19 by 4 pm, so your return flight should not be scheduled earlier than 6:00pm. Please keep in mind there could be inclement weather so also plan your backup plan if flights are delayed.

We provide you with a detailed "What to bring / What to wear" information is contained in our app. Yes it will be cold weather and you will be in snow. This is a true winter experience. Transportation will not be required if your lodging is in suites, villas, townhomes, condos or hotel rooms. CHALETS REQUIRE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION. Transportation will be available for those in Cottages, Condos, and Villas, however, we recommend having your own transportation if you don't want to use the resort's shuttle transportation system.
